Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, are exempt from being returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake. For items returned without authorization or not meeting our return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return the items to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may require additional verification from your financial institution before reprocessing the refund. Please ensure you provide accurate payment information when making purchases to avoid delays in refund processing.
